The new site is online; the Pearl docs and tools have been folded into my new software pages. The Tool release process has been automated, so full binaries and source for each, using the latest relevant parts of PearlLib, are available.

Somewhat simpler tools released to the community. Community is significantly less confused. PearlLib tools are used to isolate the previously dismissed 'lost file' problem and draw Rio's attention.
